We want you to love your Oceanlovers items as much as we do! If you are not satisfied with your order, you are welcome to return your item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Returns are available on all items, excluding sales items.

To start a return or exchange, please send us an email to salty@oceanlovers.com with your order number and let us know if you’d prefer a refund or exchange. Then post your item/s to:

All items must be returned in original condition, unworn and unwashed. Once we’ve received your item(s), we’ll either issue a full refund (minus shipping costs) or exchange your item(s). You’ll receive an email as soon as we receive your return to let you know.
